By accessing or using this website, registering for leagues, events, tournaments, camps, clinics, or related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

Use of Website

This website is intended to provide information regarding PCC League programs, schedules, registrations, standings, events, and related youth sports services. Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights or restrict the use of the website by others.

You may not:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Distribute harmful software, spam, or malicious code
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or republish website content without written permission

Registration & Payments

By registering, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• Payment information submitted is authorized and valid
• Registration fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• PCC League reserves the right to deny or cancel registrations at its discretion

Additional event-specific policies may apply and will be communicated during registration.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to players that have sent in their player fee payment(s).

• If a player decides to back out for any reason or injury BEFORE May 15, 2026, a refund is offered LESS a $350 logistical processing fee.
• If a player decides to back out for any reason or injury AFTER May 15, 2026 a full credit in the amount of any fees paid for a future season is offered to the player.Participation in PCC League programs may require registration and payment of applicable fees.

Participant Conduct

Players, coaches, parents, spectators, and participants are expected to demonstrate respectful and sportsmanlike behavior at all PCC League events and activities.

PCC League reserves the right to remove, suspend, or ban any individual for:

• Unsportsmanlike conduct
• Harassment or abuse
• Unsafe behavior
• Violation of league rules or policies

No refunds will be issued for removals related to conduct violations.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in sports and recreational activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances. By participating in PCC League activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that PCC League, its staff, partners, facilities, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation or attendance. Parents or guardians registering minors agree to these terms on behalf of the participant.

Media Release

By participating in PCC League events or activities, you grant PCC League permission to use photographs, video footage, names, likenesses, and related media for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and advertising purposes without compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, graphics, text, schedules, branding, videos, and designs are the property of PCC League or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. PCC League is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Website Availability
